We currently have 17 property preservation specialists. Our property preservation specialist performs all property securing duties to include lock changes, boarding to prevent unauthorized access, general repairs to roof, windows, siding, and unforeseen property damages. Our specialist performs lawn maintenance to include grass cutting, landscaping, and tree maintenance. We perform debris removal, sales clean, winterizations, and any job necessary to provide the property with the best sales price for the customer.
We have a 16 property inspection specialists team. Our property inspection specialist performs duties including Drive-By Inspections, Bankruptcy Inspections, Direct Interview Inspections, Merchant Site Inspections, Insurance Inspections, Commercial inspections, and Sale Date Inspections.
We have a seven member office management team. Our management team duties include accepting new work orders for our specialist, expediting the return of all completed services to our clients and fulfilling special project needs.
